In order to be able to generate bookings, we’ll place – by mutual agreement – the property online on various booking sites, such as Airbnb, Home Away, Booking.com, Homelidays, Wimdu, Holidaylettings, Fewo.de, etc. We’ll make the accounts and ensure for the proper descriptions in order to properly place your property on the market. Through our pricing software, we can determine the maximum price per day.

Before we can place your property on various booking sites, it must be photographed professionally. Pictures of a good quality are essential for attracting reservations. We recommend letting our professional photographer make at least 15 pictures.

Several factors can lead to an optimum result in reservations. Through our years of experience, we know which booking sites should be combined with each other. We will ensure that the property is directly available for booking on several sites, and we have special software for avoiding overbooking and determining the right price. We react immediately to requests and reservations. We communicate with guests in their own language (our team speaks German, French, and English). As per our payment policy, rental fees are paid 14 days in advance. This prevents loss of income from cancellations within 14 days or no-shows. All these combined can lead to a 30% higher turnover.

POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ESSENTIAL

Next to creating as many reservations as possible, it is also important to generate positive reviews on the booking sites on which your property is placed. With a good evaluation, you’ll be placed higher on the pages of the websites, which ensures that your property will be booked more frequently. Furthermore, good reviews ensure additional reservations. We offer guests the opportunity to leave a review within a week of their departure.

CHECK-IN AND CLEANING

We will personally ensure that your guests check in. Before the guests arrive, Beheer Mijn Huis will already have been in touch with them about expected arrival time and the correct location. The guests will have indicated when they will be arriving and someone from our service team will be ready to welcome them with the key. We will give a tour of the property and inform the guests of any particularities of the property and the surroundings. Subsequently, the property is thoroughly cleaned.

LINEN SERVICE

Guests love fresh linens. If you have no time to do the laundry yourself, make use of our linen service. We use our own high-quality hotel-grade bedding.

PERSONAL CONTACT

We consider it important to be reachable and to react quickly to your questions and those of the guests. We can be reached in 3 different ways (by telephone, SMS, and WhatsApp). Furthermore, we always answer our emails on the same day, between 10:00 and 19:00 (Saturdays and Sundays included).
